All orders are dispatched from my home and I aim to have them out within 24 to 48 hours when I’m home from work if not I will have them out within the original time frame once I’m home from my 14 days away at work, I will communicate with you if you’re order is placed while I’m away for work.
We have a 30 day return policy, To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with a reason for returning. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Change Of Mind
- Change of mind means that you have received your order and you have received the correct products according to your order, but you have changed your mind and wish to return them.
- Or you failed to cancel your order prior to it being dispatched.
- Please note, we do not issue refunds on non-faulty items, only a store credit will be provided once your return item/s is/are received back to us in original packaging and without damage. Damaged items will not be eligible for a store credit.
- Change of mind returns are accepted, provided you have contacted us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. If this time frame has passed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you store credit in exchange for your items.

- Please provide photos of all damaged item’s along with your order number
How to return Products:
- You can contact us via email at hello@soycandlesbyAlysha.com.au to notify us of your intent to return and request the return process information. Please allow 3 to 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund postage and packing unless goods are deemed to be faulty. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
